La vida es extran\u0303a <\/strong><\/span>y, segu\u0301n a que\u0301 edad, confunde. En otras ocasiones, acaricia con dulzura. Sea como fuere, hay quienes desean recordarlo a color y dolor en la piel. Al autor de este libro le sucedio\u0301 algo parecido hace veinte an\u0303os. Veinte an\u0303os ma\u0301s tarde, tras observar co\u0301mo la tinta conquistaba los cuerpos de las multitudes, ha descubierto el porque\u0301.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los tatuajes han adornado las pieles desde antiguo. Son (casi) siempre <\/span>para la mirada ajena, pero ese otro que mira ha variado sus demandas a <\/span>lo largo de la historia y sus significados han evolucionado conforme las <\/span>civilizaciones cai\u0301an. La <\/span>oralidad <\/span>inserto\u0301 con ellos a los individuos en las tramas divinas. El <\/span>alfabeto <\/span>los menosprecio\u0301 como una debilidad de la<\/span>voluntad. Fueron recuperados al tiempo que el capitalismo creo\u0301 un <\/span>especta\u0301culo de intercambios <\/span>obsolescentes<\/span>. Y gracias a ellos hay quien se resiste a la <\/span>dispersio\u0301n <\/span>digital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuatro capi\u0301tulos para cuatro eras histo\u0301ricas, escritos en cuatro estilos diferentes.
