Los trabajadores acuden en l\u00ednea a sus puestos de trabajo, a cumplir jornadas de ocho horas (si no m\u00e1s), para volver exhaustos a sus casas. Tienen\u00a0apenas dos d\u00edas de descanso (con suerte) y con el sueldo a duras penas pueden cubrir sus necesidades elementales. Muchos, con un salario incluso por debajo del m\u00ednimo o en negro, no reciben lo que estipulan las condiciones garantizadas a todo empleado.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, los empleados se consideran libres. Estiman que realizan el trabajo por voluntad propia y no como \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para seguir subsistiendo; se consideran afortunados por un caf\u00e9 o unas cervezas de vez en cuando, como si eso no fuese un derecho.<\/p>\n

Para mayor satisfacci\u00f3n del empresario, el autoenga\u00f1o es tal que muchos se posicionan de su lado, a favor del sistema que los explota y les hace pensar que as\u00ed es como tienen que ser las cosas; el mismo sistema que les hace llegar agotados al fin de semana -o al puro domingo, si lo hay- y que les arrebata su tiempo vital.<\/p>\n
